Subwoofers
Reference Series
Our Reference series have always been about that little extra, the added experience that is hard to pinpoint, but that makes the sound more sophisticated and refined.
The unique Ref 6.1w dustcap was chosen due to its improved off-axis response. Both the cone and the dustcap are of full composite material which ensures greater transient response and optimizes the sensitivity even further.
From being a 2 way speaker system, the Reference has now grown into a 3 way system offering even better tonal accuracy. We only kept the 6.5″ woofer from the Ref 6.1, the remaining components were engineered for the specific 3 way system. The 3″ fullrange speaker chosen for reproduction of the midrange offers versatilty in audio reproduction using only the finest components. Due to its wide frequency response being a fullrange, we wanted to offer a smaller and wider frequency midrange speaker, but without the hassle of costly installs.
The narrow mounting depth of 1.25″ / 32 mm makes previously impossible installs within reach.
The 1.25″ tweeter with a FS of 950 Hz and a frequency repsonse up to 25 KHz will not miss out on any details.
As with the midrange chosen in the REF63 set, they both use high performance neodymium. The carefully selected parts offers a more non colored audio reproduction and a higher accuracy, a true must for the audiophile. Combining the 3 speakers into one specific set had us achieve a speaker system beyond our customers belief.
The Danish reveered heritage of sound quality clearly shines on the REF63, a speaker set that offers both joy and pleasure.
If the 3 way system needs to be complemented, the High End low frequency tranducers REF10 and REF12 offers outstanding performance in both compact sealed and ported enclosures. With FS as low as 20 Hz you will never wonder if you can reproduce the accurate scene with all details included. Common for both drivers are a 3″ voice coil in a dual 4 ohm configuration. Such an ohm load will offer less stress which again increases the sound reproduction.
*It is essential that our speakers are given time to allow the suspension to soften up. Depending on use, this may take several weeks. While this process is undergoing, it is not recommended to apply full amplification power according to the speakers specs. Once the moving parts have been broken in, the performance of your speaker will increase.
X2C Series
X2C started as project, not bound by finances, but with a desire to move boundaries.
All parts had to be designed to fit its purpose, several custom toolings were prepared for our vision to become a reality.
High density fiber blended cones for stability and to avoid flex with a 5″ coil opening. Tall winding, full aluminium voice coils with ceramic coating for improved performance.
Strong long throw rubber surrounds to ensure longevity. 12″ wide triple stacked magnets makes up the 1600 Oz motor.
Due to the mere weight (120 lbs / 54.5 kg) a worlds first heavy duty basket with multiple spider landings from 10″ to 12″ were designed and in the process we ensured optimal flow, part maintenance and accessibility were incorporated. It seemed to be the start of a new era. An era that also created the XM, a subwoofer sharing many of the ideas from the X2C, but scaled down to a 4″ voice coil.

XN Series
Subwoofers built per request, made for a specific purpose.
XN (Neodymium) is handmade in Scandinavia in variety of configurations. Direct leads, push terminals or a configuration of both is possible, only your imagination sets the limits.
We can supply handmade carbonfiber cones in various designs, or semi or non pressed paper cones blended with carbonfiber to fullfil your desire. With tested power ranges from 3 Kw to 20 Kw (26.8 bph) in burst power, the stout 3″ 8 layer aluminum coil with a titanium bobbin will work flawlessly in the configuration of prime Nomex spiders.
XN is for those who wants something unique as a signature series, truly Sweet Like Danish.

XM Series
Spawned from «the first of the five – X2C» we created the XM, a subwoofer sharing many of the ideas from the X2C, but scaled down to a 4″ voice coil.
With the same SAFT* design basket on the 15″, airflow is optimized for best possible cooling and increase in the SPL.
All drivers also inherited the OCAF* motor design that allows for both longer excursion and minimizes heat and distortion. In 2016 we introduced the V2 of the XM. Where the V1 was efficient and brutal, the V2 goes beyond the extreme for a 4″ voice coil design. We even added the option of a 21″, whereas the 15″ and 18″ are also available in both dual 1 and dual 2 ohm.
The new tall wind voice coils has increased xmax by 30%, not to mention the benefits of a more efficient powerhandling as well. To transfer the power to the coil, we still use the 4 Ga push terminals with heavy duty quad multilayer high strand count tinsels. On the XM15″, these are even mounted to a ~12″ 100% Nomex spider, whereas the XM18 settles for 10″ which is far better than the norm.
Semi-pressed, fiber blend cones coupled with high roll surrounds and dual stitching ensures stability at high excursion. This new blend has also made the cones lighter, but strenght is now superior compared to ordinary cones. As a little bling, we highlighted the B2 logo on all 2016 subwoofers.
XC
Seeking the ultimate in efficiency and chasing world record scores, the XC changed the game.
Subwoofers that were customized for SPL, but that came with great side effects that led them to being popular woofers for extremely loud music installs,
as well as taking home several world championships.
*SAFT – Smooth Air Flow Tech *OCAF – Optimized Cooling And Flow

CC Series
The B2 audio CC8 alters the perception of what can be expected from an 8″ subwoofer.
Even though compact, it will amaze you with its authority over low notes. In order to reproduce large output from a small cone area, every part had to be overdimensioned.
The xl dual stacked magnet slugs, not only supplies more motor force, but ensures a longer stroke. Enabling the woofer to move more air, which compensates for the cone area.
The non pressed paper cone is coupled with a black multilayer progressive nomex spider for stability and full control, while ensuring linear movement over the 2.5″ twin wire copper voice coil. To achieve the maximum cone area we use a full cover dustcap, in addition it helps push the air evenly, even with excursions going beyond the design.
The high temperature dual 1 ohm voice coil will handle 750 watt rms and peak power has been tested beyond 2 Kw. Guess the vented backplate and polepiece makes more sense now?
However the CC8 is not a spl woofer only, a resonanse frequency of 36 Hz makes it a perfect choice as a full fledged low end driver. Shortly put, the CC8 can easily emulate the pressure of way larger subwoofers, but without taking up the same amount of space. The definitive choice for the demanding SQL audiophile customer that wants it Sweet Like Danish, but without taking up unnecessary space.
